1.Probe the injury site and adjust the safe depth limit
a. Use the meniscus depth probe to determine the desired depth.
b. Push the depth limit slider to adiust the penetration limit depth to the desired length.
c. Laser marking/scale marking of the needle tip for reference.
2.Place the stapler and activate the first baffle
a. With the needle pointing downward, place the insertion bar into the joint cavity along the meniscus guide.
b. Slowly insert the needle in the appropriate position until the white cannula reaches the tissue surface.
c. Maintaining forward pressure, push the introducer until a "click" is heard.
d. Fully release the exciter, ensuring that the exciter is fully retracteoagainst the handle and withdrawn from the tissue.
3. Reposition and excitation
a. Position 6-9mm away from the first stopper, reposition and activate.
b. Trigger the handle again and push out the second baffle until a "click" is heard.
c. Fully release the excitation switch and withdraw the entire suture from the knee joint cavity.
4.Tightening the stitches
a. Remove the conveved needle.
b. Apply continuous force to the free end of the suture, with the proboscis hook assisting in thread tightening, until the desired tension is achieved.
c. Push the knot and cut the thread to complete the suture.
